Option 2:
Add a laser engraved personalised message on the back of each Champagne flute, this will appear on the opposite side of the glass to the design and allows you to add any messages, poems, or other text up to 100 characters on each glass.
Option 3:
Your Champagne box set comes complete with a 750ml bottle of Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut and for a small additional fee you can change the Moet for a 750ml bottle of Bollinger Special Cuvee Champagne.
Champagne Flute Engraving
The design and personalisation of your crystal Champagne flutes is created with a commercial UV laser engraving machine which produces a stunning, detailed and crisp, permanent frosted finish which is almost smooth to the touch, dishwasher safe and will last the lifetime of the glasses.
Using the latest UV laser engraving machines combined with a 3D rotary attachment allows for a uniform and level finish around your Champagne flutes and a finish that will not chip, splinter or fade.
Pine Box Engraving
The design and personalisation on your pine box is created with our commercial CO2 laser engraving machines which produce a very high quality and detailed finish which looks amazing.
All engraving is carried out at our location in Warkworth, North Auckland. This allows us to have full control over the entire process and ensures you receive the highest quality product in as short a time frame as possible.

Orders placed after 2:00pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday are shipped on the following Monday.
All orders are sent via New Zealand post courier tracked delivery.
North Island Deliveries
All North Island orders are sent via overnight delivery once collected from our location. Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
South Island Deliveries
South Island orders have the option of express overnight urgent delivery or standard courier 2-3 working days delivery after being collected from our location, excluding weekends.

Yes, the easiest way to achieve this is to first place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email giving the date and any other relevant information. Your order confirmation email will be emailed to you instantly once your order is placed and we require you to reply asap so your order is not shipped.
Yes, your package can be tracked 24/7 online via the NZ Post website and we will email you all the relevant tracking information and links once you complete your order.
No, packages are not sent with a signature required so the courier will either leave it in your mailbox, in a safe place near to your front door, in an allocated drop of area or leave you a card to collect if it is deemed unsafe to leave your parcel at the property unattended.
Yes we do. We ship to both North & South Islands, RD Rural addresses, PO Boxes and offshore NZ Islands.
We do not include an invoice with any packages, as one is provided via email when you place your order. You can also access your invoices at any time by creating an account on our website.
No, due to recent changes in international shipping costs and global import GST and tax rules for businesses, this option is no longer available. You can ship an item to an NZ address and then take it to your local NZ Post shop and have them ship it internationally for you.
Yes, we can arrange this for you. Simply place your order online and then reply to your order confirmation email with the preferred date for delivery. We will then advise on the options available. Please note, we do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
No, we do not offer weekend delivery as in the past we have found the Saturday delivery in certain areas of New Zealand to be less reliable than the main weekday deliveries.
No, you can collect from our location on the same day if placing an order before 2:00pm Monday-Friday, but any courier deliveries will take a minimum of next day for delivery.

Yes, if the design on the box set has a section for a date, name, number etc. you can change this to any date or special characters as long as it fits in the allowed character length for that section.
To achieve this, simply create your gifts as usual and complete all the steps as you want them to appear. If for any reason we do not understand what you have entered or have any questions, we will contact you before we make your gift.
