Your pine box is made from premium grade 7mm thick natural pine wood with strong, glued box joints, two brass hinges and a brass latch. The box also comes with an American Walnut stained finish both inside and outside.

When creating your Champagne glasses box set, you have the additional option to add that extra WOW factor and special touch with a laser engraved personalised message on the inside of the pine box lid and/or the back of each Champagne flute.
If you chose this option, you can add up to a huge 350 characters on the inside of the pine box lid and up to 100 characters on each of the crystal Champagne glasses and give the lucky recipient another little surprise when they open the box for the first time and each time they use the Champagne flutes in the future.

The personalised designs on your wood box and crystal Champagne flutes are engraved at our production facility in Warkworth, North Auckland. We use the latest commercial grade UV laser engraving technology, allowing us to have full control over the entire process and ensures you receive a premium quality product in as short a time frame as possible.
Using laser engraving machines results in a premium quality finish to all engraving and allows us to achieve very fine detailing as small as 0.001mm ensuring all designs, text and graphic look stunning and last the lifetime of your gifts.
The two crystal Champagne glasses are engraved with a UV (Ultra Violet) cold laser source, which produces a far superior finish on glass, especially crystal glass, than the more commonly used CO2 lasers. UV Lasers are a cold laser source and can achieve detailing up to 1,000 finer than a CO2 laser and being a cold laser source it will not fracture or splinter the glass resulting in a much smoother finish to your design which is machine washable and will last the lifetime of the glass. If purchasing engraved or etched glass wear from any other suppliers in New Zealand, or around the world, we strongly recommend you enquiry to check if they are CO2 or UV laser engraved as CO2 engraved glasses will not look as smooth and luxurious as a UV engraved finish and overtime a CO2 engraved design WILL deteriorate, splinter and wear off.
When creating your Champagne glasses box set, you also have the option of adding a personalised laser engraved message on the inside of the pine box lid and/or the back of each Champagne glass, allowing you to add another special little touch to your gift. North Island Deliveries
All North Island orders are sent via overnight delivery once collected from our location. Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
South Island Deliveries
South Island orders have the option of express overnight urgent delivery or standard courier 2-3 working days delivery after being collected from our location, excluding weekends.

No, packages are not sent with a signature required so the courier will either leave it in your mailbox, in a safe place near to your front door, in an allocated drop of area or leave you a card to collect if it is deemed unsafe to leave your parcel at the property unattended.
Yes we do. We ship to both North & South Islands, RD Rural addresses, PO Boxes and offshore NZ Islands.
We do not include an invoice with any packages, as one is provided via email when you place your order. You can also access your invoices at any time by creating an account on our website.
No, due to recent changes in international shipping costs and global import GST and tax rules for businesses, this option is no longer available. You can ship an item to an NZ address and then take it to your local NZ Post shop and have them ship it internationally for you.
Yes, we can arrange this for you. Simply place your order online and then reply to your order confirmation email with the preferred date for delivery. We will then advise on the options available. Please note, we do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
No, we do not offer weekend delivery as in the past we have found the Saturday delivery in certain areas of New Zealand to be less reliable than the main weekday deliveries.

Yes, if the design on the gift set has a section for a date, name, number etc. you can change this to any date or special characters as long as it fits in the allowed character length for that section.
