Purchasing Options in Detail
One-Off Bulk Orders
A one-off bulk order is simply an order for a set amount of products with either the same design on every product or a similar design on every product with something unique to each product like a name or message.
With this option, you supply us with a set quantity and we will supply a quote to produce and ship the order in one production run.
On-Demand Orders
Our on-demand option allow you to purchase customised gifts throughout the year as and when you require them and in any volume. These gifts can have the exact same design each time you order them or you can create a gift that has a generic logo or branding but also includes personalised details such as names, date, message etc.
This type of gift allows you to create something specific to your brand but also very personalised to your clients and customers.
This option also allows for easy and fast online ordering for all future orders as we create a product specific page on our website for you to simply place your orders as and when required with no further information required or additional set up costs or ongoing fees apart from the cost of the product as agreed.
This option is idea for estate agents, leaving gifts, awards, retirement gifts and more.
Shipping Options
We offer the option to have all your gifts shipped to the same address, or we can ship each item to the individual recipient to any location around New Zealand.
How the Process Works
To start the process for your customised gifts you simply complete the free no obligation online quote form on this page and within one working day Monday - Friday we'll supply you with your quote.
If you are happy to proceed with your order after receiving your quote, we require a 50% payment to start the production process. Once your initial payment has been received we then gather any additional information required, i.e. logo's, dimensions, product details, personalised text etc. to allow us to create several image proofs for your gifts and send them for approval. Multi changes can be made to your image proofs at no additional costs to ensure you receive the exact product and impact you are looking for.
Once the final image proofs have been approved by you and we receive the green light to produce your gifts, we require the 50% balance of your invoice to be paid. Once this final payment is received your gifts are produced and will be available for collection or shipping as per the time frame you require.
If required, we can offer lightning fast 1-2 days turn around times from image proof approvals and free collection from our manufacturing hub in Warkworth, North Auckland or next day courier delivery across New Zealand.Online Quote Request Form
