Laser Engraved Personalised Design

The box has a laser engraved personalised design on the outside of the lid and comes with the option to add the couple's surname and the date or year established to create a keepsake box that's unique and something they will cherish for many years to come.

In addition to the design on the outside of the keepsake box, you also have the option to add your own engraved personalised message on the inside of lid to give another little surprise when the box is opened for the first time and add a smile to the person's face every time they open the box in the future.

Keepsake Box Material
Our personalised Rimu wood keepsake boxes are made from premium quality 20mm thick reclaimed New Zealand Rimu wood from the west coast of the South Island & Christchurch.
The Rimu comes 100% from sustainably sourced trees that have fallen naturally or come down through wind and earth quack damage. At not stage is a tree ever cut down or milled for the sole purpose of creating products.

The personalised design on your Rimu wood keepsake box is engraved at our facility in Warkworth, North Auckland using the latest commercial laser engraving technology and machines. This allows us to have full control over the entire process and ensures you receive a high quality product in as short a time frame as possible.
Using a laser engraving machine allows for a premium quality finish to all engraving and allows us to achieve very fine detailing as small as 0.01mm ensuring all designs and text look stunning and last for the lifetime of the box.
When creating your keepsake box, you also have the option of adding a personalised laser engraved message on the inside of the lid, allowing you to add another special little touch to your box. Scroll through the product images for examples and more information.

If you place your order before 2pm Monday-Friday, it will be shipped the same day! This includes all personalised gifts.
Orders placed after 2:00pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the following working day.
Orders placed on a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday are shipped on the following Monday.
All orders are sent via New Zealand post courier tracked delivery.
North Island Deliveries
All North Island orders are sent via overnight delivery once collected from our location. Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and public holidays.
South Island Deliveries
South Island orders have the option of express overnight urgent delivery or standard courier 2-3 working days delivery after being collected from our location, excluding weekends.

Yes we offer free click and collect from our store location in Warkworth, North Auckland. This option is available at check out.
Yes, the easiest way to achieve this is to first place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email giving the date and any other relevant information. Your order confirmation email will be emailed to you instantly once your order is placed and we require you to reply asap so your order is not shipped.
Yes, your package can be tracked 24/7 online via the NZ Post website and we will email you all the relevant tracking information and links once you complete your order.
No, packages are not sent with a signature required so the courier will either leave it in your mailbox, in a safe place near to your front door, in an allocated drop of area or leave you a card to collect if it is deemed unsafe to leave your parcel at the property unattended.
Yes we do. We ship to both North & South Islands, RD Rural addresses, PO Boxes and offshore NZ Islands.
We do not include an invoice with any packages, as one is provided via email when you place your order. You can also access your invoices at any time by creating an account on our website.
No, due to recent changes in international shipping costs and global import GST and tax rules for businesses, this option is no longer available. You can ship an item to an NZ address and then take it to your local NZ Post shop and have them ship it internationally for you.
Yes we can arrange this for you. Simply place your order online and then reply to your order confirmation email with the preferred date for delivery. We will then advise on the options available. Please note, we do not offer delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
No, we do not offer weekend delivery, as in the past we have found the Saturday delivery in certain areas of New Zealand to be less reliable than the main weekday deliveries.
No, you can collect from our location on the same day if placing an order before 2:00pm Monday-Friday, but any courier deliveries will take a minimum of next day for delivery.

Yes, the design is permanent and laser engraved in to the wood using our commercial grade laser engraving machines. These machines produce a very high quality and detailed finish which will last the lifetime of the keepsake box.
The keepsake box is made from 100% reclaimed New Zealand Rimu wood, which is source from tree in the South island that have fallen naturally or come don due to weather events or natural disasters.
No, but you can add a lock or lockable latch yourself when you receive the box.
Yes, if the design on the keepsake box has a section for a date, name, number etc. you can change this to any date or special characters as long as it fits in the allowed character length for that section.
To achieve this, simply create your gifts as usual and complete all the steps as you want them to appear. If for any reason we do not understand what you have entered or have any questions, we will contact you before we make your gift.
Yes, we can change any design as required. First you will need to contact us via email at [email protected] and supply us with the Product Code for the product and the changes require and then we can advise.
